This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.ukminibusestravel.co.uk
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by UK Minibuses Travel without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Amendments
Our web site and services provided to you on and through our web site on an “AS IS” basis. You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information. Moreover, due to the nature of our services we do not offer refunds.
Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations
In order to use this web site, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested, When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms and Conditions and as may be modified by us from time to time and available here.
Registration and Password
You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or your registration, user account or password.
Additional Services Details
UK Minibuses Travel reserves the right to amend prices or itinerary, hence alter travel routes or itinerary due to road, weather or group conditions.
All of our services are calculated by either the distance traveled (transfer) or the length of time a vehicle is booked (hourly). The actual rate is calculated electronically and is further dependent on the type of vehicle you require and the suburbs you are travelling to and from. While in the vast majority of cases we are able to provide you with a fixed price quote for your particular journey, there are instances where the actual cost will vary. Some examples of such variations include stops at your request, waiting time and a change in the number of passengers or the amount of luggage you intend to carry in a vehicle
UK Minibuses Travel accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or luggage or for any injury or loss of any type whilst on tour. (Read our lost Property Procedure below)
UK Minibuses Travel recommend that all passengers have personal travel insurance to cover loss or damage to property, illness, injury or not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.
It is recommended that Passengers re-confirm their booking at least 24 hours prior to departure.
All reservations for a transfer include 15 minutes’ grace, after which a waiting time charge applies. The exact amount varies with the type of vehicle you have requested.
If you have pre-paid for a service for a particular time frame or distance, and that time or distance is exceeded, the driver will ask for payment of the extra service provided.
Please be aware that while we would like to cater for your every need, not all requests can be accommodated.
Seat belts must be worn at all times
All passengers must be seated and wearing seatbelts when the vehicle is moving.
Passengers are not permitted to place any part of their body outside the vehicle, while the vehicle is moving
We encourage responsible behavior, particularly when passengers have been consuming alcohol before they board the bus.
During a wine tour we recommend that you drink plenty of water between each winery.
Our business partnership with all wineries requires that no alcohol is consumed on the bus during a wine tour. In any event, the consumption of alcohol in vehicles is illegal without the appropriate liquor license.
UK Minibuses Travel vehicles are not licensed; hence no consumption of alcohol is permitted on buses.
The carrying of wine/alcohol purchased during a tour is exempt. The driver has the right to terminate a tour if alcohol consumption or unruly behaviors occurs on the bus.
No alcoholic beverages from other venues are permitted into Cellar doors or on winery grounds
UK Minibuses Travel reserves the right to decline any intoxicated passengers to board the bus. This also applies to wineries that may decline entrance to their premises. The driver may terminate the tour and/or remove individual/s from the bus.
No smoking is permitted on any of our buses. It is against the law in to smoke in Public Transport Vehicles.
Foul Play / Cleaning / Damages
A Foul play fee will apply to passengers who cannot control bodily functions
Passengers are requested to remove any rubbish from the bus or place in bin supplied at the door.
Cleaning fee will apply if passengers spill drinks / food or leave rubbish behind for the driver to clean up. Please respect the condition of the bus for the next passengers.
Passengers are reminded that any unacceptable behavior, i.e. Oral abuse or bodily harm will be treated strictly in accordance of the law, damage fees will apply.
The driver reserves the right to terminate a charter, if any actions are deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver or other passengers. The driver is authorized to have an unruly passenger who is threatening or placing the driver or passengers in a dangerous situation removed. The matter may be reported to the Police or relevant authority if deemed necessary by the driver or management.
The foul play fee is generally £100 fine, but may increase if the vehicle is likely to be out of commission for a considerable time. Similarly UK Minibuses Travel may contact you to recover any cost for commercial cleaning or repairs where damage to a vehicle is caused by you or one of your guests.
For A to B transfers without pre-payment and cancelled up to 24 hours before the pickup date – no cancellation fee is due
Any prepaid booking, other than tours or charter transfers are cancelled, an admin fee min. of £30.00 incurs.
Tours / Charters cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to one week (7 days) before the booking will incur a £0 Admin fee.
Cancellations less than 6 days before the booking will incur a £25 fee.
Cancellations notified on the day or 24hrs before date of booking will lose deposit paid.
For your convenience we will accept all the major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and Cab charge on the bus though payment on the day may incur a service charge.
Our preference is that all bookings are paid for before travel especially where multiple buses and late night pickups are required.
Lost Property Procedure
If you have lost items on the bus, please contact our operators immediately. Please be aware that we have over 60 buses in our fleet that are constantly moving throughout Adelaide during the day/night. In order for us to find your item we need accurate information – if possible please provide the following details:
The booking number
The bus type or driver’s name
Date and time of transfer
Addresses of pick up and destination
Description of the lost item
Best contact number or email
The more information we have the easier it is for us to find your lost item. Our drivers bring in items they find on the bus whenever they head to the depot – which can be a few days after your transfer.
If you have lost a smart phone, it has been proven that phones can be easily located if you have installed a GPS App.
You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials (“Content”), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the Content or the person whose user account is used. You agree that our web site may expose you to Content that may be objectionable or offensive. We shall not be responsible to you in any way for the Content that appears on this web site nor for any error or omission.
You explicitly agree, in using this web site or any service provided, that you shall not:

All documents, materials, and information in the possession of each party that are in any way relevant to the dispute shall be made available to the other party for review and copy no later than 30 days after the notice of arbitration is served.
The arbitrator(s) shall not have the authority to modify any provision of this Agreement or to award punitive damages. The arbitrator(s) shall have the power to issue mandatory orders and restraint orders in connection with the arbitration. The decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment may be entered in conformity with the decision in any court having jurisdiction. The agreement to arbitration shall be specifically enforceable under the prevailing arbitration law. During the continuance of any arbitration proceeding, the parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement.
